We know time is often of the essence — NED can begin work promptly after execution of a standard NDA (yours or ours), an engagement letter and PO number or payment. Claude operates with model training disabled — your documents never train any AI model, are never shared, and are held in a dedicated project environment isolated from all other clients.

Jon Previtali and Nolan Erck co-founded NED to bring AI-assisted efficiency to renewable energy due diligence and supporting services. Meghan Sheedy leads NED’s marketing practice. Jon brings more than 20 years of direct transaction experience — having built the technical due diligence practice at a major US tax equity bank, supported the financing of dozens of projects from C&I portfolios to some of the largest utility-scale projects ever built. In more than two decades of deal work, only a single post-term-sheet transaction was abandoned due to a technical issue that could not be resolved through technical or commercial mitigation — a reflection of Jon’s skill as an adept problem solver who builds solutions that work for all parties.
